Knightsbridge Mansions Owner
Move In – Move Out Policy
1.
When owners
decide to sell their units at Knightsbridge Mansions, they must notify the
trustees of their intention to do so. They should inform their agent about
the policy of not putting signs or “open house” directions on common
property.
2. Schedule an inspection by the
Knightsbridge approved plumber and electrician. See
Inspection
3.
Once the
property is sold, the old owner needs to:
a.
have the new
owner fill out the “New Owner Information Sheet”, giving complete details,
especially the dates scheduled for the move out and move in.
b.
give the new
owner the Knightsbridge Mansions House Rules and Conduct Rules.
c.
notify the
Trustees that the property has been sold.
4.
Both the old
owner and the new owner must pay R1000.00 moving deposit to cover any
potential damage to common property, which will be refunded once the move
has taken place and no damage is evident.
5.
If no deposit
has been collected and if the move has not been scheduled by the new owner,
move in will not be allowed until the proper documentation and deposit is
received.
6.Entry buttons
will only be issued to new owners once all the above has been accomplished.
