The Knightsbridge Patio and Braai Area

This privilege comes with responsibility:

    ·        Open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

·        Keep area clean and tidy at all times.

·        Respect your neighbours. Please keep noise down.

·        For health reasons:

1.      Pets are not allowed as per Conduct Rules.

2.      Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

·        To use the Weber Grill:

1. Schedule times you want to use it at the Security Desk and sign an insurance waiver.

2. Provide your own Braai supplies and remove after use.

3. Clean grill and area after use. Please bag refuge and use provided bins.

Remember this is your community patio. Any contribution of time, plants, herbs, and patio accessories would be appreciated.  ENJOY YOUR PATIO AND BRAAI AREA!

This area is for the use of Knightsbridge residents and their guests only, not for employees, maids, contractors, construction workers or other non-invited persons.
