Although your primary responsibility is to your landlord, the owners of Knightsbridge strive to make your living experience here as pleasant as possible.

You need to familiarise yourself with the Knightsbridge Mansions Conduct Rules, since these are the guidelines that all residents follow as respect for the living space and habits of others.

In 2010 the Trustees created a Patio and Braai area in the side yard, since many tenants don't have the advantage to having a balcony.  Please feel free to use this wonderful area to sun, relax, or enjoy a Braai with friends. Click on the Patio button to review the policies and procedures to continue to make this an outstanding living feature at Knightsbridge.

Also, please review the move-in and move-out procedures, the use of the security buttons for entrance, the policy on pets, and your responsibility as far as noise and not creating a nuisance for other residents.
