It is very important since the bins are stored on common property, that everyone PLEASE, do not place loose wet rubbish into the bins, use Council approved LARGE plastic garbage bags and make sure that the bin-lid closes properly after your refuse bag is put in.

These simple rules will go a long way to minimize any potential for smells, flies and maggots.

Please take down any refuse that is too large to fit into the bins and place the item(s) next to the bins in the parking bay, making certain that the item(s) are securely wrapped.

As a community, it is up to all of us  to do what we can to reduce any inconvenience to other residents and cleaning staff and to keep the area hygienic .
