Access to Knightsbridge is with security "buttons,"
which are issued only to registered residents. To register,
one must fill out the "Renter Information Form" available at the
Security Desk or on this web site.
Typically one or two buttons are issued to a unit,
depending upon occupancy. Requests for additional buttons must be
made in writing.
Buttons are numbered and indexed to the particular unit.
Renters are obliged to have the owner transfer one of their buttons
to the renter and advise the security guards of this transfer.
If for whatever reason the security button is lost or stolen,
notify security immediately so that the code can be cancelled.
A new button will be issued for the cost of R150.00. Note:
It is up to the discretion of the Trustees whether the privilege of
an access button is granted or maintained. Breaches in the
Conduct Rules may void the access button until such breaches are
rectified. This is especially true in the case of renters,
since they are not members of the Body Corporate. |
