21. RULES BINDING ON TENANTS (1) Should any owner let his section then he shall make it a condition of the Lease to the tenant that the tenant and/or any sub-tenant will be bound to comply with all those provisions of these rules which place any duty or obligation upon an owner, as if he, she or it were itself an owner and without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, shall be bound to comply in all respects.
