                          This is to notify the board of trustees of Knightsbridge Mansions  that Unit _______has been leased to:

Attached to this notice, please include the following:

·        A legible copy of the Lease Agreement

·        A copy of the completed “Renter Information Sheet” available from at the Reception Desk.

·        Letters of reference for lessee, especially from previous building or lessor.

·        A notice to the Managing Agent regarding the R1000.00 letting retainer for Move In/Move Out, if not previously rented.

·        A signed copy of the Move-In/Move-Out Policy

In order to ensure that the clearances from the Trustees are provided to the interested parties on time, the above documentation and fees should be submitted

no less than 30 days before the lease inception date.  The Trustees will review such documents at its next regular meeting.
