Being considerate of all parties is a cornerstone of harmony in any building of flats.  Please follow these suggestions.  Not to do so in the future, could make you subject to penalties and/or legal ramifications.  The Trustees, on behalf of the members of the Body Corporate, will take action against those individuals who refuse to be considerate of other owners.
