BEFORE: After seventy years of neglect, the
electrical systems have been upgraded, section by section, for the
last several years, including addressing rewiring issues as well as a new
electrical box and trip switches.

AFTER: In this photo, one can see that the wiring
has been retraced and sorted out, as well as being fitted for circuit
breakers. It was a daunting task, but through diligence on the part
of several electricians, the major tasks are well under way. |

In 2010, the new circuit breakers and meticulous
attention to detail create a safe and efficient electrical system that was
badly needed in an older structure. |
In addition to the upgrade to the common areas of the
building, the Trustees are demanding strict adherence to municipal codes
for individual sections that are doing renovations in the building.
This simply makes good sense and demonstrates a concern for the safety and convenience
of everyone in the building.
